This is a real conversation I used to have in culinary school and when I made donuts for a living–no one really seemed to remember how early I had to wake up and how hard it was to do that when you stay out until 10 am. I got a lot of “so take an afternoon nap and pull an all-nighter and go to bed after” and it’s like…no…no I work with knives….
